I am a member of social Nature and I get to try  exciting products that I have never tried before. This time I got to try for free Boulder Organic soup. Social Nature sent me a free full sized product coupon.
#Trynatural #GotItFree.

Boulder Organic soups can be found in Fred Meyers store's fridge in the deli section.

My store didn't have all the varieties but the selection that were there were pretty good for us since we are vegetarians. I chose Red Lentil Dahl since I am familiar with red lentil and had been eating this a lot since I was a little kid.

This soup had fairly less ingredients and all the ingredients are very simple and easy to understand and I am very familiar with them.

The soup is very easy to make just pour the required quantity in a microwaveable bowl and heat. I like hot soups so I heated it until I got it heated to the right temperature.

I added some finely chopped raw yellow onions ( for the crunch), cilantro and serrano peppers.

The soup has some vegetables like carrots, mushrooms. But I could see the chunks of carrots like in this picture. My husband and I totally loved it and we have planed to buy some more containers and keep it in the Fridge. Once the container is opened then the contents  needs to be used  with 3-4 days. But ours was gone with in 2 days.

They are slightly expensive but totally worth it. We are planning on trying some other vegetarian varieties like Leek and potato, Green Chile corn Chowder and Creamy Tomato soup. They all sound good so it will be very hard for us to choose.

Red Lentil Dahl soup has 200 calories/ cup and 12 grams protein ( a vegetarian's dream numbers)  and 8 grams of fiber.

There are three servings/container

Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent Laundry Detergent Review

I was sent some free samples of the Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent laundry detergent. I love lavender scent and I love seventh generation Products. So, this sample was perfect for me. Added bonus was it is colorless with no dyes.It has natural scents from the plants so no artificial fragrances. This might be a good product for some one with fragrance allergy or some one that has skin conditions and dyes might aggravate it.

But it still works on clothes very well just like other brands.

I loved it and I went and bought a bottle from whole foods market. Slightly expensive but knowing that it is good for me and family gives me a peace of mind. The sickness due to detergent is one less thing that I need deal with . among others. My family is also happy because no one is complaining  of allergies due to a laundry detergent. My clothes came out clean and smelling good. It cleaned my white shirt too that doesn't remain as a white after I come back from my work at an elementary school. I loved the smell that this detergent lefty on clothes. They smelled pleasant and spicy and not  like soapy.
